3.1 All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. 3.2 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. 3.4 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.
4. Custom Orders
4.1 Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 4.2 A deposit is required to begin the custom order process. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion before the item is shipped or picked up. 4.3 Any changes to the design after approval may incur additional charges.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. 5.2 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Our return and exchange policies are detailed in our Return and Exchange Policy document. 6.2 Custom and solid gold items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Warranty and Repairs
7.1 Our warranty and repair policies are detailed in our Lifetime Warranty and Custom Item Warranty documents. 7.2 Any repair services requested outside the warranty period will be subject to a repair fee.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Monty Custom Jewelry and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
